Tennis in the United States is played on three kinds of places: public park courts run by a city or county, member clubs and country clubs with their own pros and leagues, and commercial tennis centers that sell court time by the hour. Public courts are usually free and first come, first served, with a posted limit (often 60-90 minutes when others are waiting); busier cities run online reservation systems with a small fee and a permit for the season. Indoor courts are rented by the hour and booked days ahead in winter. Most facilities are hard courts; clay is common in the Southeast and at private clubs, and grass is rare. Lights extend play into the evening at many parks, sometimes with a coin or app-operated switch.

The building is quiet and the staff are nice, but for what these apartments cost, the lack of communication and privacy from management is honestly ridiculous. I lived at University Courtyards for two years, and while the overall experience was decent, there were enough issues that I would not choose to live here again. My biggest issue was apartment entry. Maintenance would enter with extremely broad time windows, and sometimes I would come home and have no idea anyone had been in my apartment. I wish they would at least leave a maintenance ticket afterward. One time, they entered and locked both of my cats in my bedroom without access to their food, water, or litter box. My cats are not a problem, but if you're entering someone's apartment, do your job and leave things the way you found them. The worst situation was my storage closet. It was unlocked, and there is basically no storage in the apartment besides the bedroom closet, so naturally I assumed I could use it. Maintenance had even accessed it before while my belongings were inside. One day I came home and my belongings had been literally thrown onto the floor, the closet was locked, and I received an email afterward sayi

I originally had the Courtyards as a 5 stars in the past. However currently, I feel as though things have changed for the worse. It is still a nice choice to have on campus and I do appreciate the attempts of having newer events for the residents. However, the management and staff has downgraded significantly (EXCLUDING the maintenance, one of the CAs Logan, and the cleaning lady - they had been incredibly nice). I do not feel like any of the management or staff would take the time to hear what I had to say about nor do I think they are able to help half of the time as I have to go over with someone else. There has been total miscommunication throughout the couple years with the remodeling. Last year, there was an issue with a roommate who never showed up but NONE of the managers informed of us the new roommate WHATSOEVER and we had to figure them out a couple weeks AFTER move-in day. Also, one of the managers for this year gave the WRONG number to my new roommates, even though I emailed them to fix the mistake months ago. The rent, while is cheaper than other places around campus, has increase without an added incentive for the increase. Do not get me started on how sensitive t

Hello, I lived at the courtyards for 2 years. It has been a wonderful experience. The residents are awesome and the maintenance team is super friendly and swift, from my experience. The management is not great and some decision to update the buildings have been poorly decided/communicated. (For nearly the full 2 years I was unable to enter most of the outside doors for example.) It is virtually on campus which is nice, however better communication and decision making by management would be greatly appreciated. My review would be higher but for the last 5 months my experience has been much less pleasent due to management.

I have lived in the courtyards for two years now and for the most part have had a pleasant experience. You really cannot beat the price compared to the other apartments on campus. Especially since you can use scholarship money to pay for it. The staff is also prompt in answering our requests, including maintenance requests. I wish the kitchen had more storage, but we bought a shelving unit that helped out a lot. For a college student, this is a great place to live on campus.

I have lived at the Courtyards for three years and it truly has been an incredible experience. The staff is very professional and always greets you with a smile. Miss April is always ready to lend a listening ear and she'll make sure you leave her office with a smile on your face. Marissa is very informative and sweet. The newest addition, Liza has been a great addition to the team. Her personality is my favorite thing about her. I will truly miss living here, living here has brought me lots of peace as well as lots of laughs and memories that will last a life time.
